In the event of a problem, please call us on 1300 796 654 or complete the online complaint form. Kindly complete as many of the requested details as possible concerning the issue. Also, if necessary, please attach photos.
On receipt of your complaint, our Team will log it and execute a list of essential actions to systematically resolve your issue. One of our team members will be in touch with you at the first opportunity with the proposed timeline for the resolution of your problem.
If the situation demands, you will be informed of the time of our site visit to your property, subject to your confirmation.

If you are not satisfied with the action in which Sky Power Energy is handling your complaint, there are two ways in which you can escalate it to an independent arbitrating body.

Sky Power Energy is committed to ensure all complaints are resolved within 21 days of receipt. Should additional time (another 24 days) be required, this will be negotiated directly with the Customer.
